This could be for one of the following reasons:
1. The registration number has been entered incorrectly. Please go through the process again to check.
2. Your vehicle is not from the UK. Unfortunately the app can only recognise UK registration numbers. If you have a foreign number plate, please click on "I don't have a car". This will direct you to a new screen that allows you to select the size of vehicle you drive, rather than the specific make and model.
3. The DVLA database has not been updated. If this is the case, please submit a support ticket through "SUPPORT" on the bottom right of the menu.
